Rockets Away Class 6E

Rockets Away

The children in class 6E have had fun with their Star Gazers’ topic  in which they have learned about the solar system.

The children studied a variety of rockets, noted the similarities and used this information to design their own. They went on to make their rockets which they launched using air pressure.  The most successful rocket managed to reach 35 metres from its launch pad. Photographs of the rocket designs have been sent to the British Space Agency.
